In early 2024, the company identified the coke oven monotonic device system as one of the key projects for new product development. The R&D department adheres to independent innovation, conducts in-depth market research, and closely follows market information. In March and April, the structural design of the rotary surface flap regulating valve type monotonic device was completed. In April and May, a small-scale test was conducted in the factory, which showed good regulation effect, low cost, and high cost-effectiveness. The successful development of the new product of the rotary surface flap regulating valve type monotonic device requires market application verification in order to grow into a flagship product. Taking this as an opportunity, the marketing department arranged for business personnel to actively promote and publicize it. After efforts, the EPC general contracting project of the coke oven single carbonization chamber pressure regulation system project of Angang Iron and Steel Group was finally obtained, opening up a channel for the market application of this new product.

The project will begin implementation in May, and the company will unite as one, striving to make this project a model project. With the joint efforts of all parties, the November rotary surface flap type regulating valve monotonic device system project has successfully passed the performance acceptance of Anyang Iron and Steel Group. Under the condition of a gas collection pipe pressure of 70Pa, the control accuracy of the regulating valve can fully meet the production requirements of the owner.  

The control system of the rotating curved flipping plate monotonic device implemented this time is the first monotonic project completed completely independently by the company, and has achieved success, achieving the expected results and also serving as the company's subsequent monotonic device system.
